Who We Are
"We Care" Foundation is a non-commercial and non-profit organization. It is an association of volunteers, activists, and caring people who coordinate their efforts to implement social and humanitarian projects.
Our Principles
Our main work principle is absolute transparency. No "black bookkeeping", no hidden costs, no manipulations. We do not work with cash and only accept online payments. Detailed project requirements and full cost figures are available on our website. A detailed financial report is a mandatory component of each project.
The legality of the fund
We are an official non-profit organization with a transparent system of collection and use of funds.
We never use the accounts of individuals. We collect all funds only with official accounts of the Foundation.
We do not under any circumstances withhold commission or fees from fundraising or project placement. All collected money, down to a penny, goes exclusively to specific projects.
Please note: By law, donations are strictly voluntary and non-refundable. At most, in an exceptional case, at your personal request, we can transfer the amount of your donation to another charity project.
Therefore, when transferring funds for a charitable purpose, you should be aware of this and resolve all possible doubts before making the transaction.
If the charity project cannot be implemented for reasons beyond our control, we keep the collected funds in the appropriate account until the circumstances are finally clarified. If it is imposible to complete the project under irresistible conditions, the funds, in full will be transferred to the target needs of other projects.
The fund has all the necessary founding documents, and guarantees maximum legality of actions and full financial reporting.
